We have attorneys licensed to practice in every court throughout Washington, Oregon, Idaho, California, Nevada, Utah, Colorado, Arizona, and Texas.
Please contact us if you cannot find an answer to your question.
We only represent individuals and their families. We have never, and will never, work with or for a defendant or insurance company. We are humans, and we work with humans. Let us learn your story and your loss and translate it in a way that an adjuster, jury, or judge will understand.
Usually after an accident, a police officer will give everyone involved a little slip of paper with an accident number. That, along with an authorization for us to get started, is all we need. We'll have more questions later, but that is it for now.
This depends on you. We are injury attorneys, so we have to get a complete understanding of your injuries. For your sake, hopefully that means it takes very little time - that means your injuries were minor. We've handled cases that resolve within 3 months, and we've gone to trial on cases that were 5 years old. The average case takes about 9 months though.
Once the case is going and we get closer to settlement, we will never settle without your approval and then will never give anybody a penny - including us - without you signing off first. We work for you, and you will have all of the information available to make the right call.
Our attorneys are licensed in every court in Nevada, California, Utah, and Washington (Texas licensure is pending) and actively litigate in each jurisdiction. However, we also have an extensive network of trial attorneys in every state in the country who we work with. No matter where the accident happened, we can help.
We charge nothing unless, and until, we win. If we are unable to negotiate a settlement, you owe us nothing. If we recover money for you, we charge a percentage only of the amount we recover. You have nothing to lose, and out incentives are aligned.
Being named a “Top 40 Under 40” by The National Trial Lawyers (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023), “Top 10 Under 40” by The National Academy of Personal Injury Attorneys (2014, 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023), “10 Best Client Satisfaction for Nevada” by The American Institute of Personal Injury Attorneys (2015, 2016), and “Rising Star” by Super Lawyers Magazine (2015, 2016, 2017, 2018, 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023) are just a few of the litany awards Stucki has received throughout his career. Due to his unprecedented success at a young age and the dozens of seven-figure settlements he’s negotiated, Frank was invited as a “Lifetime Member of the Multi-Million Dollar Advocates Forum” by The Top Trial Lawyers in America in 2022, an achievement reached by less than 0.5% of U.S. lawyers.
Frank was born and raised in Las Vegas, NV, but also calls Utah County, UT, San Diego, CA, and now Friday Harbor, WA, home. He’s an Eagle Scout and adoring father of 7-year-old Calvin (Vinny) and 5-year-old Georgia (Jo). If he ever isn't lawyering, you can find him on a PNW beach staring in tide pools with his kids, exploring a new city before a concert, or reading in his favorite chair.

Leila was born in the Philippines and raised in small-town Idaho be. She considers herself the epitome of being an “American,” a true melting pot of cultural diversity.
Leila’s roots run deep in caregiving. Her dad was a family doctor who still believed in making house calls and sometimes got paid with a chicken or a side of beef. Her mom was her idol, a registered nurse who lobbied to require car seats in the State of Idaho. Their passion for helping others instilled a very care-driven business philosophy in Leila’s law practice.
That small-town experience also helped Leila develop the thick skin she would need to become a female attorney in a traditionally male-dominated field. Is it equal now? No, it’s still not equal. It’s certainly becoming more diverse. But women and minorities still face inequalities. It’s a given that Leila may have to fight a little harder and stand up to bullies, oppression, and stereotypes in practice and within her profession. That’s the price of believing in a better tomorrow and refusing to allow external forces to create opportunity ceilings. Every generation can create improvement for the next. It’s better to move forward than bemoan the past.
Through those experiences of learning to care for people from a caregiver’s perspective, Leila became committed to connecting with clients as a patient first, then as a plaintiff. She also understands hard work and that nothing in life is ever given to you. Hard work, dedication, and resilience are what see you through.
